# Cloud storage

> Google Drive and Dropbox in Loopdesk, including known Dropbox issues.

Loopdesk lists two cloud storage providers:

* **Google Drive**
* **Dropbox**

## Where cloud storage appears

You'll find the cloud storage providers in these places:

| Location | Where to find it |
| - | - |
| **Content Library** | Select **Content Library** in the main sidebar to open the **Asset Library**, where you browse files across your connected storage. |
| **Social Accounts** | Under **Storage Accounts**. See [Social Accounts overview](/social-accounts/overview.md). |
| Scheduling | On the **Cloud Storage** tab of the **Import Media Source** dialog, when you [schedule a post](/scheduling/schedule-a-post.md). |

The Asset Library is separate from the **Media Library** in the Video Editor, where you upload files directly to your projects. See [Add media](/video-editor/add-media.md).

## Google Drive

Loopdesk's Google Drive integration creates and uses a dedicated folder named **Loopdesk** in your Google Drive.

* **To use media from Google Drive in Loopdesk,** put the files in the **Loopdesk** folder.
* **Loopdesk can add, access and delete files in this folder.**

> Because Loopdesk can delete files in the **Loopdesk** folder, keep your own copy of any file that you can't afford to lose.

## Known issues with Dropbox

> Dropbox connections don't always work as expected at the moment. If you have trouble connecting Dropbox or using Dropbox files, upload your files to the **Media Library** instead, and [contact support](/help/contact-support.md) to report the problem.
