# Contact support

> How to get help from the Loopdesk team and community.

You can find all of Loopdesk's support options in the app. Go to **Settings** > **Support**.

## Support options

| Option | Use it to |

| Email support | Contact the Loopdesk team directly at [support@loopdesk.ai](mailto:support@loopdesk.ai). |
| Issue form | Report a problem or bug from **Settings** > **Support** in the app. |
| [Discord community](https://discord.gg/ujvTfBvuPg) | Ask questions and talk to other Loopdesk users. |
| FAQs | Find quick answers to common questions in the app, or in the [FAQ](/help/faq.md). |

## When you report a problem

To help the team solve it quickly, include:

* what you were trying to do
* what you expected to happen
* what happened instead, including the exact wording of any error messages
* the name of the project or film involved
* screenshots or a screen recording, if you can
