# Known limitations

> Current limitations in Loopdesk to be aware of.

## Storyteller

* A Storyteller film doesn't open directly as an editable Video Editor project. To edit one, download it, then import it into a Video Editor project. See [Edit a Storyteller film](/storyteller/your-films.md#edit-a-storyteller-film-in-the-video-editor).
* Credit costs and generation times vary from film to film.

## Exporting

* Keep the Loopdesk tab open while your video renders and until your download is complete. Minimizing the window is safe.

## Social accounts and scheduling

* YouTube is currently the only social platform you can connect.
* Meta is listed but not currently available.
* X (Twitter) and TikTok are coming soon.
* After a scheduled post's time has passed, check your YouTube channel to confirm the video was published as expected.

## Cloud storage

* Dropbox connections don't always work as expected at the moment. See [Cloud storage](/cloud-storage/overview.md).

## General

* Loopdesk runs in your web browser and needs an internet connection.
