# Connect a YouTube channel

> Connect your YouTube channel so you can schedule posts and view analytics.

Connect your YouTube channel to schedule posts to it from the **Calendar** and to see its performance in **Analytics**.

## Before you begin

Make sure you can sign in to the Google account that manages your YouTube channel.

## Connect your channel

**1. Open Social Accounts**

Select **Social Accounts** in the main sidebar.

**2. Choose YouTube**

Under **Connect Node**, choose **YouTube**.

**3. Sign in with Google**

Sign in with the Google account for your YouTube channel and follow the prompts to give Loopdesk access.

**4. Check the connection**

Your channel appears under **Active Nodes**. Check that its status shows a successful connection.
