Loopdesk lists two cloud storage providers:
  • Google Drive
  • Dropbox

Where cloud storage appears

You’ll find the cloud storage providers in these places: The Asset Library is separate from the Media Library in the Video Editor, where you upload files directly to your projects. See Add media.

Google Drive

Loopdesk’s Google Drive integration creates and uses a dedicated folder named Loopdesk in your Google Drive.
  • To use media from Google Drive in Loopdesk, put the files in the Loopdesk folder.
  • Loopdesk can add, access and delete files in this folder.
Because Loopdesk can delete files in the Loopdesk folder, keep your own copy of any file that you can’t afford to lose.

Known issues with Dropbox

Dropbox connections don’t always work as expected at the moment. If you have trouble connecting Dropbox or using Dropbox files, upload your files to the Media Library instead, and contact support to report the problem.
