Storyteller
- A Storyteller film doesn’t open directly as an editable Video Editor project. To edit one, download it, then import it into a Video Editor project. See Edit a Storyteller film.
- Credit costs and generation times vary from film to film.
Exporting
- Keep the Loopdesk tab open while your video renders and until your download is complete. Minimizing the window is safe.
Social accounts and scheduling
- YouTube is currently the only social platform you can connect.
- Meta is listed but not currently available.
- X (Twitter) and TikTok are coming soon.
- After a scheduled post’s time has passed, check your YouTube channel to confirm the video was published as expected.
Cloud storage
- Dropbox connections don’t always work as expected at the moment. See Cloud storage.
General
- Loopdesk runs in your web browser and needs an internet connection.
