Before you begin

  • Make sure you have enough credits. To check your credits, go to Settings > Billing & Usage.
  • Leave yourself time to review the film. Storyteller pauses at any stage marked Approval Required and continues only after you approve it.

Describe your film

Write a prompt that describes the film you want. Include the subject, the story or message, the audience and the tone. You can also choose one of the presets.

6

Review and approve each stage

Storyteller works through each stage of the film. When a stage is marked Approval Required, review the work and approve it so Storyteller can continue. See Generation stages.
7

Open your finished film

When the film is assembled, you can play and download it from Your stories, at the bottom of the Storyteller page. See Your stories.

Film settings

The options for each setting appear in Storyteller when you create a film.

Tips for writing a prompt

  • Be specific. Name the subject, the setting and the key points the film should cover.
  • Describe the style. Mention the mood or visual style you want, for example cinematic, documentary or playful.
  • Say who it’s for. A film for customers needs a different tone from a film for students.
