Motion lets you browse:

On the timeline

Text elements sit on the Text track, and motion elements sit on the Motion track. See Work with the timeline. To change a text element’s content, font, size, alignment or colors, use its properties panel. See Text properties.

To generate captions from your video’s speech, use Aura’s Transcribe action. See Aura AI assistant.
