Calendar - Loopdesk Documentation

The Calendar shows your scheduled posts and lets you schedule rendered videos to a connected social account. To open it, select Calendar in the main sidebar.

To schedule posts, you need a connected account. Currently, YouTube is the only platform you can connect. See Connect a YouTube channel.

Calendar views

View	Shows
Day	A single day.
Week	A full week.
Month	A full month.
Timeline	Your scheduled posts along a timeline.
Agenda	Your scheduled posts as a list.

Other calendar features

Timezone selector: Changes the timezone used to display times on the calendar. The scheduling dialog also shows the timezone you select.
AI-recommended posting windows: The calendar suggests times to post.
Drag to Schedule: A sidebar that lists your projects.
Post counts: The calendar shows how many posts are upcoming and how many are done.

Scheduled posts on the calendar

Each scheduled post appears on the calendar with:

the video’s name
the platform it’s scheduled to, such as YouTube
its current status
a Pause control
